University of Riverside Lab Defends Biofriendly

A false claim was brought to the state of Texas that Biofriendly had failed a test at the University of California Riverside. Below is a letter from the laboratory at the University of Riverside showing that they have never even tested Biofriendly’s additive. This complaint obviously  dismissed as it was proven to be totally false.

Dear John,

This letter is intended to record a recent discussion between us. You were speaking on behalf of Biofriendly Corporation and contacted me about a letter by Oryxe Energy International, a competitor of Biofriendly Corporation, which was sent to Ms. Margo Oge of the US EPA and forwarded by her to the Texas Commission foe Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The letter to EPA included a statement that Biofriendly’s Green Plus® fuel combustion catalyst was tested at the University of California, Riverside’s CE-CERT lab “without demonstrating the required emissions reductions.” In addition my name was cited in the letter from Oryxe to the US Environmental Protection Agency as the person to contact to confirm the above statement.

As per our discussion CE-CERT has never tested Biofriendly’s Green Plus® fuel combustion catalyst and claims made by Oryxe in the letter to the EPA are false. Also, no one from the EPA or Biofriendly has contacted me regarding this issue and I was not copied on the letter to EPA. Furthermore, when previously contacted by reporters from NPR and the Dallas Morning News attempting to learn about UCR’s experience with the Biofriendly additive, I have told them that CE-CERT’s lab had not tested the biofriendly additive.

This letter should set the record straight on CE-CERT’s testing of the Biofriendly technology.

Sincerely,

Wayne Miller, Ph.D.
